first day at work.
kinda weird..
reported half an hr early this morn, didn mean to be dat early.
head of the department arrived n started to brief me on my job scope, which i dun understand at least 50% of it.
den i begin faxing n photocopying documents like mad.
takin a lift there is even more confusing than takin mrt,
i was supposed to go from tower one 31st lvl to tower two 20th lvl.
direction: take from 31st to 18th, change a lift to get 3rd lvl so u can get across to the next tower, den take the lift back up to 20th lvl.
to n fro, two times even, plus up n down btwn 1st n 31st before n after lunch..
wah, take lift take until i "liftsick".
got back to my seat, den everything seems to be shaking, i'm really gonna faint.(it mus be the lift!)
but colleagues said it was earthquake. haha! cool man! to experience earthquake first day at work.
den it rained like nobody's business on my way home (wat's wrong wif mother nature todae?!)
searched for the bus which my mom say can reach semb directly.
gav up aft nearly half an hr, drenched, walked all the way back to tanjong pagar mrt.
wah, the whole world seems to be there wor!
worst still, my shoe heel got stuck in the gap btwn the door n the platform when i tried to get on the train, i NEARLY fell. whew..(must drive my own car someday!)
n i went (standing) all the way home..
dat's my day.
